Memories of Cape May

Here's the home we rented in Cape May. The wonderful thing about Cape May is that it is this old Victorian town and the homes there are so charming. The home was about 1 block away from the beach and 1 block away from the "mall". There is this cute little play house to the right that LuLu would claim as hers "Ma houssse..." The home had 3 floors with 47 steps. Poor Mom and Carolyn. What a work out. The kitchen which was beautiful was in the basement.
We would enjoy sitting out on the front porch every day after the beach. Here's our discussion on the 100 things every woman should have by Nina Garcia. Jaclyn of course is well on her way to topping out.
I love this picture of Jaclyn with Lu on the beach. Of course this is Jaclyn pre boogy board. Too bad her older sister dominated the waves :-)

Bob always made sure we were first at the beach so we could have our choice of spots. Later the plethora of umbrellas, towels and chairs would surround us.
